Police Pension Board boss bags two years jail term

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, the federal capital today sentenced the embattled Police Pension Board Chairman, Yakubu Yusuf to two
years in imprisonment.

Yusuf was convicted following his role in the embezzlement of 23.3billion Police Pension fund.

Pension board
Chairman is also expected to lose all his property  worth over N325million.

Though, the accused pleaded guilty and he was giving an option of fine of N250,000 to avoid the jail term
